Fascinating Rhythm

Dance School

Fascinating Rhythm Dance School was founded in 1977 in San Francisco by Marge Gabbert.  Marge started dancing at age 4 in tap and ballet. Inspired by the Disco Fever craze, later pursued mainstream Ballroom and Latin dance.  After taking a break from dance to get a BFA from California College of the Arts (formerly CCAC), and studying abroad in India, continued her love of dance and movement. Achieving awards in the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels she discovered her love of teaching.

She is a member of the Society of Dance Artists. She has taught and performed in nightclubs, for corporate events, Black and White Ball, on stage in "Gala Nights in Buenos Aires" and taught the late Robin Williams for his role in the movie Bicentennial Man.

One reason that I love what I do is that I learn as much from my students about life,

as what I teach them about dance.
